52 week project

my mommy board started a 52 week project at the beginning of the year. our goal is to take a pic everyweek WITH the kiddies. yes, Im rarely in photos b/c Im usually the one taking them, as for most mommies, hence this project.

well I missed the first week but heres shots from the last two. hope I can keep up.

the kiddes made salt dough ornaments and I watched them play "tea time" (and they invited the white bear and ferrari F430 to join them!) but Im just now posting the pics (inching my way to january, can ya tell? - sorry)

gettin' artsy

we headed to Color Me Mine one afternoon a couple of weeks ago. jenalyn LOVED it and was so into her project. eli's interest held for about 3 minutes, then he was all done. and baby, well he's watching from the sidelines...



oh and silly me forgot to take pics of the finished products before giving them as gifts. but they did turn out very child-made cute.

afterwards we made a quick trip to the grassy area of the mall and let the kids run free... and oh boy they needed it. it had been raining buckets for a week, poor kiddies needed to see the sun!

Christmas celebrations!

ok ok so the Christmas season is officially over and here I am STILL posting Christmas pics. well here is how we celebrated our day. first off, party at my auntie's house. I couldnt get a decent one of eli at this party, but we did at the next.


after party #1 - next stop party #2, hubby's aunt's house. here is where we renewed our marriage vows. 5 years! love you my dear!
not the greatest of pics but such such a great renewal of vows (wish we got it on video) oh and jenalyn decided to skip out on this part of the party, she was busy watching Veggie Tales.



and believe it or not, we still had one more pary to attend. but by that time picture taking mode had ended and we called it a day - a long but special day!
